Online Courses:

Online course purchases are non-refundable once the participant has first accessed or started the online course.

Hybrid On-Line Courses:

Once the online portion of the course has been accessed or started, the course is non-refundable. In the event the participant can no longer attend the in-person course, a 100% credit towards any future in-person course will be provided, and, access to the online portion of the course will remain unchanged.

In-Person Courses (no online component):

Cancellations received >45 days before the date of the in-person course will be accepted with a full refund provided. Cancellations received less than 45 days before the in-person course will be provided a 100% credit towards any Neurodynamic Solutions course.
